As an Event Management Company (EMC) and Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) we offer a range of services for meetings, conferences, and congresses for both in-person and virtual/hybrid events. We have several years of experience in conferences from a variety of different industries, majority in different fields of science. We are the official PCO partner of University of Helsinki.  

The key tool in our operation is the congress management software EventsAIR®. Registration, accommodation arrangements, payment management and exhibition arrangements among a list of other powerful features help us create a successful conference best suited for your needs. EventsAIR® also enables participants to pay securely via an SSL-encrypted connection. 

CONFEDENT & COVID19

In 2020, due to the sudden challenges within the travel and event industry, we have taken a huge digital leap. We are continuously developing our virtual and hybrid events sector to accommodate the new normal. Together we are able to tailor the event to best suit your needs whilst following the government guidelines and health officials’ advice.

Our main focus now is the safety and wellbeing of our staff, clients and community. Our team is currently working from home and we strongly recommend virtual meetings. We utilise the best digital tools in all our communication to minimise the risks, without compromising on the quality.

All our staff will undergo a COVID Safe training and we have prepared a COVID Safe policy and guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient operation despite the virus.  

Sustainability & social responsibility

We are committed to a sustainable and ethical operation now and in the future. We are continuously developing and reviewing the way we do things. There is no better time to start change than now.

We have joined the Visit Finland’s ‘Sustainable Travel Finland’ programme. Once completed, we will get the official STF-certification. As part of the programme, we are also in the process of applying for a third-party sustainability certification. We can’t wait to tell you more about our progress!
