As an Event Management Company (EMC) and Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) we offer a range of services for meetings, conferences, and congresses for both in-person and virtual/hybrid events. We have several years of experience in conferences from a variety of different industries, majority in different fields of science. We are the official PCO partner of University of Helsinki.  

The key tool in our operation is the congress management software EventsAIR®. Registration, accommodation arrangements, payment management and exhibition arrangements among a list of other powerful features help us create a successful conference best suited for your needs. EventsAIR® also enables participants to pay securely via an SSL-encrypted connection.

We have joined the Visit Finland’s ‘Sustainable Travel Finland’ programme. Once completed, we will get the official STF-certification. As part of the programme, we are also in the process of applying for a third-party sustainability certification. We can’t wait to tell you more about our progress!
